With a Dispatcher — Dispatcher Assigns Bags to Drivers

2 Dispatcher (delivery company) WebBDS

  • Receives the BDOs

  • Assigns bags to drivers
3 Delivery driver (delivery company) BDS Driver App

  • Sees the bags assigned to them

  • Picks up bags from airport or bag warehouse

  • Delivers bags to passenger

    Or:

    If the bag cannot be delivered, returns undelivered bag to the airline or warehouse

No Dispatcher — Drivers Assign Bags to Themselves

Note: If there is no dispatcher, all drivers have the role of Pickup Driver.
