What should I do if a BDO has been purged from BDS before the bag has been delivered?
Ask the airline to create a new BDO in WorldTracer for this bag, to restart the delivery process.
I can no longer log in
Your password may have expired, or you have made more than three attempts to log in. Contact your administrator and ask them to reset your password in the IdM application.

Driver

How do I receive notifications on my smartphone?
Ensure that your phone settings allow notifications from the WorldTracer app. In addition, the BDS administrator must configure WebBDS to send notifications to the drivers.
What happens when I can't deliver a bag, for example when the address is incorrect, the passenger is not present, or has left the temporary address?
The dispatcher can instruct that the bag is returned to the airline. See Return Bag to Airline.
I cannot start the app on my smartphone.

The operating system Android or iOS may have been upgraded. Install the latest version of the BDS Driver App.

I need to assign bags to myself, but I don't see the ASSIGN TO ME function.
You have been given the role of Delivery Driver, but you need the role of Pickup Driver. Ask your administrator to assign the correct role using the IdM application.
I can't use the phone's camera to scan bags.
Check that you have allowed the app to access the camera in your phone.
For ios: Settings > WorldTracer > Camera.
For Android: Settings > Apps > WorldTracer > Permissions.
I can't see any bags assigned to me.
Check that you have selected the correct airport. See Select my Airport.
A BDO action has failed to synchronize, what should I do?
Tap the Lightning icon at the top of the screen and display the error messages. Select Report and Delete from the triple-dot menu to cancel the last action you made. Then try the action again.
