SITA team	Ensure the WorldTracer Bag Delivery Service subscription is activated.
Airline WorldTracer coordinator	Creates the delivery company in WorldTracer at each station, using the exact company code of the delivery company defined in WorldTracer Bag Delivery Service. Agrees the pick up times with the delivery company, and enters them in the delivery company configuration.	SITA WorldTracer
